Teresa Ribera has been appointed as EU’s new Directorate-General for Competition and Executive Vice-President for a Clean, Just, and Competitive Transition. The appointment comes at a crucial time when the EU is in the process of shaping its Competition Policy and Regulatory Framework. She is responsible for modernizing the EU's Competition Policy to support growth and innovation of European Companies, reviewing Merger Control Guidelines and addressing risks of killer acquisitions.
