Devanshu Gupta is a graduate of National Law University, Lucknow. He works on Competition Law, M&A and Market Entry/Investment issues. At COMPAD, he has been involved in Competition Advisory, Competition Compliance Strategies & Training, Policy and Regulatory Advisory, M&A Advisory, Market Entry and Project Implementation projects.Prior to joining COMPAD, he has worked with APIL and Dell.

Meera Nazer
Consultant (Economics)
Advocate Meera Nazer, based out of Kerala, is currently working as a Consultant for COMPAD from October 2017. After completing her B. A. LLB (Hons) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi she went abroad to pursue her Masters under the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Programme's European Master in Law and Economics - a triple degree program which conferred her 2 LLMs (Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands and University of Hamburg, Germany) and one M.A. Economics from University of Vienna, Austria.
Dhanendra Kumar
Chairman
Mr. Dhanendra Kumar was the first Chairman CCI. He was instrumental in setting up its enforcement machinery, regulations, systems and procedures, and steering the Commission in its initial years of existence ( 2009-11), specially its M&A regime.
On completion of his term in CCI, he headed the Experts’ Committee to frame the Draft National Competition Policy, and suggesting amendments to the Competition Act, 2002, He also Chaired the Committee of experts of the Ministry of Housing to suggest regulatory reforms in the real estate and housing sector.
Mr. Kumar is currently advising, among others, the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (of Ministry of Corporate Affairs) as Hony Principal Advisor, and Chief Mentor for the School of Competition Law and Policy- the National Centre of Excellence in Competition and Regulatory Affairs. He is frequently invited to deliver lectures at NLU Delhi, and elsewhere.
Before joining CCI, Mr Kumar was India’s Executive Director at the World Bank ( 2005-09) where he also represented SriLanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan. He was also Secretary in Ministries of Defence Production, Transport, etc. He also served in Haryana, where he is known for development of Udyog Vihar, Manesar, and industrial development.
Manju Kumar

Manju Kumar is a highly accomplished professional, with decades of experience in diverse fields including law, education, social work, women’s and children’s issues etc.
Coming from a family of lawyers, she received her LLB degree in 1968 and went on to complete several advanced courses around the world, in London and Washington DC, including in education and social work. She has been a member of several NGOs, taught young children, undertook voluntary service activities including free legal aid to those in need. She has also been featuring in programs at BBC in London.
Extensively travelled, she has been frequently invited to deliver lectures in India and abroad, on issues related to education, teaching of Vivekanand’s philosophy and its relevance to present times.
Rahul Bansal

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Commerce and Law Graduate, he has a vast working experience of more than 8 years. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas & several assignments relating to raising finance, Restructuring, Valuation, Mergers and Amalgamations. He has also carried out various Income Tax scrutiny, Bank Audits, internal auditing and taxation.
