The Supreme Court of India rejected Google's plea for a stay on CCI's October 20 order which penalised the tech giant Rs 1337 crore for abuse of dominant position in the android ecosystem. The matter was before NCLAT as statutory appeal, and Supreme Court stated that the Tribunal will give final verdict by March 31 and the Court doesn't find errors in the CCI order for it to quash the same.
