Delhi High Court judge Sangita Dhingra Sehgal has been appointed as a member at CCI, taking the total strength to four. The move to have a judicial member had come after a Delhi High Court order mandated CCI to ensure that at all times during the final hearing a judicial member is present and participates in the hearing.
