Mumbai bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approves Zee-Sony merger. Post merger, it will be India's biggest media company, having more than 70 Indian TV channels. The entity will have majority shares of Sony (51%), Zee promoters (3.99%) and remaining by other stakeholders.
