National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) upheld the order of the CCI that found certain LPG cylinder manufacturers guilty of cartelisation. CCI. NCLAT upheld the order to direct parties to 'cease-and-desist' from any kind of cartelisation. However, NCLAT asked CCI to re compute penalty after hearing pleas of the parties.
