NCLAT upheld the order of CCI against Google in abuse of dominant position in the Android ecosystem case. CCI imposed a penalty of Rs 1337 cr on Google for its anti-competitive conduct. Supreme Court, earlier, rejected Google's plea and directed NCLAT to hear the matter on merit. NCLAT, however, quashed four out of ten remedies suggested by CCI in its order.
