The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has released the Report of the Committee on Digital Competition Law (CDCL) along with the draft Digital Competition Bill. The CDCL examined the need for a law that would provide for ex-ante regulations to safeguard competition in digital markets. The MCA is inviting public comments on the Report and draft Digital Competition Act from 15 March, 2024 to 15 April 2024 under the e-consultation module.
