MCA has invited public comments on Competition Act 2002 as a move to review the Act in view of the changing business environment.

Earlier, in October, MCA had set up a 9 member Competition Law Review Committee comprising Secretary, MCA, Chairperson of CCI and IBBI, Haigreve Khaitan from Khaitan & Co, and 6 others to review the Act.

The comments have been sought by December 7, 2018 through e-mail to competitionlaw_review@mca.gov.in
