Apex body of the Indian hotel industry, Federation of Hotels and Restaurant Association of India (FHRAI) has reportedly filed a complaint with the CCI against the Softbank-backed company, OYO. It has been accused of abruptly levying new charges on partners on the pretext of commission charges over the past two months on an ad hoc basis, which in some cases are as high as 30% besides other alleged irregularities in its business model.
