EU-US Data Privacy Framework is the new data transfer pact between the two countries. US President Joe Biden called it a joint commitment to strong data privacy protections. European Commission stated that the US ensured an adequate level of protection for Europeans' personal data transferred across the Atlantic for commercial use.
