A Division Bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Subramonium Prasad dismissed the petitions by WhatsApp and its parent company Facebook (now Meta). The petitions were challenging the Single Bench Order of the same Court refusing to stop the investigation of CCI into WhatsApp Privacy Policy to adjudicate antitrust concerns.
