Centre appoints three new Members of CCI
The Central Government has appointed three new members of CCI - Mr. Anil Agrawal, Mr. Deepak Anurag and Ms. Sweta Kakkad. Anil Agarwal is an IPS officer and former Additional Secretary, DPITT; Deepak Anurag is former Additional Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India;and Sweta Kakkad is a lawyer and former interim Chief Compliance Officer at WhatsApp. Anil Agrawal and Sweta Kakkad were sworn in by the Chairperson, CCI on 19th September. Deepak Anurag took oath on 9th October.
