The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) concluded Memorandum on Cooperation (MoC) with the CCI, which is the competition authority of India. Chairman Furuya of JFTC and Chairperson Gupta of CCI signed MoC online. The MoC envisions promotion & strengthening of cooperation in competition law and policy through the exchange of information and best practices, capacity-building initiatives, mutual technical cooperation, experience-sharing and enforcement cooperation.
