CCI has released a draft amendment in the CCI (General) Regulations, 2009. It provides for fees to file interlocutory applications before CCI, for matters like adjournment, cross-examination, confidentiality ring, miscellaneous applications, etc. This is aimed at streamlining the procedure and speedy disposal of cases. It is open for stakeholder consultation until 1st January (link).
