CCI has launched a Market Study on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Competition, as mandated by the Competition Act, 2002. The study aims to understand AI systems and their markets, assess competition issues, study AI applications' impact on competition, analyze regulatory frameworks, engage stakeholders, and prioritize enforcement actions. Proposals for conducting the study are invited until 03.06.2024.
