CCI has raided some offices of AB InBev and Pernod including Hyderabad on allegations of price collusion with retailers in Telangana. This marks one of the largest crackdowns of CCI on liquor industry. It is noteworthy that Radico complained against Pernod last year on 'discounts and benefits' with retailers to not sell Radico's 8PM whisky brand. Pernod faces two antitrust cases before CCI.
