Mahindra &?Mahindra (M&M) has received CCI approval to acquire a 58.96% stake in SML?Isuzu for ?555 crore, buying 43.96% from Sumitomo and 15% from Isuzu?Motors. Following the acquisition, M&M will make a mandatory open offer for up to 26% additional stake at ?1,554.60/share, per SEBI rules.
