CCI approves merger of Vistara into Air India

CCI has approved the merger of Air India and Vistara with certain voluntary commitments. Post-merger, Tata Group will hold 74.9% and Singapore Airlines will hold 25.1% stake in the combined entity, which would be India's only full-service airline under the brand name of Air India.
