CCI has approved the acquisition of Tianish Laboratories by Matrix Pharma Pvt. Ltd. The combination involved interconnected steps including holding companies of the acquirer, Mudhra Lifesciences and Mudhra Labs with Kingman  Wealth Fund and Kotak as investors.
