Delhivery has secured CCI approval to acquire a 99.4% stake in Ecom Express for approximately ?1,400?crore. The deal, announced in April, will give Delhivery full control over Ecom Express - a Bengaluru-based e?commerce logistics provider with ?2,607?crore in FY24 turnover.
