CCI has approved Bain Capital Group's acquisition of shareholding in International Cargo Terminals and Infrastructure under its green channel route. This is the 20th green channel filing in CCI.

The green channel introduced by CCI, as recommended by HLCR (High-Level Committee to Review Competition Law), allows for an automatic system for speedy approval of certain categories of Combinations and has been widely acclaimed.
