CCI has approved acquisition of MHM Holding under its Green Channel route. The acquirers are New York-based Avenue Capital and Murugappa family affiliated - Mavco Investments. MHM Holding is the parent company of Hubergroup, a global player in the printing ink and chemicals industry. Avenue And Mavco would incorporate a Joint Venture Company (To Be Incorporated In India) -  JV India NewCo.
