PE investments in real estate sector has seen an uptick in the first 3 quarters of 2019, with total investments of Rs 39,182 crore, up by 19% on an y-o-y basis. Over 83.5% of these funds were infused by them as equity capital indicating their appetite for Indian real estate sector.
