India’s upcoming Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) is expected to be rolled out in April 2022. During its re-engineering, there is need to capture crucial elements for boosting India’s exports in the new normal in the post-pandemic world. It must be equipped for responding to razor-sharp global competitiveness, accentuated by ever-expanding digitalisation and new technologies in every segment and increasing WTO restrictions in incentives.
